this is the correct cable if you intend to move your broadband router to another position.ordinary telephone extension leads force you to unplug your adsl filter adapter and move it to the new position to where the router is to be plugged in.this is fine if you do not have your main phone or fax plugged into the main line socket.with this kit you can plug the cable in to the adsl filter rj11 socket run the cable to the new position of the router but leave the main phone in it's original position without moving it.please check the second picture if you want to move your phone,with the provided double RJ11 ADAPTER using the cable that plugs into your phone ,unplug the RJ11 end,plug into one end of the provided double RJ11 ADAPTER,the other end plug the 15m cable run it to the new position then plug the RJ11 plug into your phone.
